Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully fold your wetsuit to avoid creasing and place it in the original packaging along with all tags and documentation.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
